The Reseller acts solely as a distributor and marketer of the Software.
The Reseller does not have any ownership rights in the Software.
The Reseller is not responsible for the development, maintenance, or support of the Software.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Reseller makes no warranties regarding the performance, reliability, or suitability of the Software. Any issues, bugs, or defects in the Software are the sole responsibility of the Developer.
4. Limitation of Liability
The Reseller is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.
The Reseller is not responsible for any data loss, business interruption, or other damages related to the Software.
The Customer agrees to hold the Reseller harmless from any claims arising out of or related to the use of the Software.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Software belong to the Developer.
The Customer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software following the Developer's terms and conditions.
6. Payments and Refunds
The Reseller does not offer refunds for the Software. Any refund requests should be directed to the Developer and will be handled by the Developer's refund policy.
7. Customer Support
The Reseller does not provide customer support for the Software.
Any technical support, updates, or maintenance requests should be directed to the Developer.
8. Indemnification
The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Reseller from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from the use of the Software.
9. Changes to Terms
The Reseller reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
The Customer's continued use of the Software after any changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
